Tagged!
After not posting a single entry for more than a month, I am motivated to blog again. Leny "tags" me in an e-mail last night. She was tagged by Luisa A. Gloria. The instructions of the game are this: Write down the 6th sentence on page 161 of the book, you are reading, and then tag five bloggers; The idea is to keep this going.
Here is the 6th sentence from my current read--Christine Baldwin's Storycatcher: Making Sense of Our Lives through the Power and Practice of Story . It is within the seventh chapter, titled: Writing and Talking in the Seven Generations: How Story Heals Family Heritage.
"I guess we're living a little less constricting version of my mother's family-at least we change the menu."
Ha! Just in time for Turkey day-a day intended to give gratitude, but also a day-for some, spent in mourning and remembrance of North America's first peoples.
Ok. Darlene you're it! I'll have to think about the four other bloggers who'd like to jump in on the fun! But, for now- here's my contribution to keep the virtual literary tag game going.
